On the afternoon of November 19, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between SDEG and Shandong Heavy Industry (SDHI) was held in Jinan. In line with this agreement, the two sides will play out their advantages in industry, technology, capital, talents, management, market, and resources, and conduct strategic cooperation in materials and equipment procurement, high-end equipment upgrading, new energy promotion, international business cooperation, technical services, and talent training, as a way to promote high-quality development of both groups.
Li Wei, Secretary of CPC Shandong Energy Committee and Chairman of SDEG, and Tan Xuguang, Secretary of CPC Shandong Heavy Industry Committee and Chairman of SDHI, attended the ceremony and delivered respective speeches. Zhang Baocai, Deputy Secretary of CPC Shandong Energy Committee, Director and General Manager of SDEG, and Jiang Kui, General Manager of SDHI, signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of the two sides.
In his speech, Li Wei extended welcome to Tan Xuguang and his delegation on behalf of SDEG. This agreement is a concrete step forward to implement the decisions of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial Government, and build a host of world-class enterprises.

Both SDHI and SDEG are well-known iconic enterprises in China, blessed with complementary advantages in different fields, enjoy a solid foundation and sound prospects for cooperation in various areas.
Over the years, SDEG and SDHI have strengthened communication and explored cooperation in new energy, equipment manufacturing and other fields. The framework agreement is of great significance for both sides to fully tap the synergy of two backbone provincial enterprises, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and achieve high-quality development.
