On the morning of August 10th, Zhou Liwei, Member of the Party Group of the Shandong Provincial Government and Vice Governor of Shandong Province, investigated SDE to learn the status quo of safety production, operational management, and the high-quality development of state-owned assets and enterprises. Zhang Baocai, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shandong Energy Committee, Director and General Manager of SDE, reported on the status of the Group, as well as the industrial scale, development model, manufacturing capacity and market share, among others.

In Yankuang Energy Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Zhou Liwei visited the exhibition hall and workshops, made in-depth discussions with relevant personnel, comprehensively learned about the equity structure, operational management and safety production, and expressed affirmation of the achievements in park construction. He urged Shandong Energy to prioritize the preservation and appreciation of state-owned capital and the continued growth of state-owned enterprises. He emphasized the need to optimize resource allocation, leverage synergies, accelerate key project construction, and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the industrial economy of Shandong.

Zhou Liwei stressed that SDE must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and the decisions and deployments of the central government and provincial government. He hoped SDE to "take the lead and open up new prospects" and coordinate the advancement of key project constructions.

 He further urged to enhance political awareness, strengthen project investment management, conduct feasibility studies for projects, improve the quality and effectiveness of investments, prevent post-investment risks, ensure investment returns, improve regulatory systems, strengthen management of equities in joint venture companies, and safeguard the security of state-owned assets.

It is as crucial to control safety risks, keep safety bottom-lines, utilize networking, digitization and intelligence, accelerate the construction of the "Industrial Internet+Safety Production" information platform, and enhance the perception, monitoring, early warning, response, and assessment for safety emergencies.
