Li Wei, Party Secretary and Chairman of SDE, led a team to visit Wang Liangmu and Xu Xiaoxi who are the Party Secretary and director of Xiamen SASAC, and Party Secretary and Chairman of Xiamen International Trade Holding Group (“Xiamen International Trade”) respectively for negotiating cooperation, signing strategic cooperation agreement, and seeking common development.
Li Wei appreciated Xiamen SASAC for its long-term care and support, and introduced the development status of SDE. Li Wei said that SDE and Xiamen have been promoting development in cooperation and deepening cooperation in development, and have worked together to solve the bottleneck problems restricting the development of local enterprises. It is hoped that both parties will further innovate cooperation methods, expand cooperation potentials, and deepen practical collaboration in the way of identifying and deciding the areas and drivers both parties interested in cooperation, and do it once agreed, so as to boost high-quality development of both enterprises and local community.
Wang Liangmu spoke highly of the achievements of SDE in its development in recent years, and introduced the development of state-owned assets and enterprises in Xiamen. He said that as a model of high-quality development in the energy industry, SDE takes the lead in enterprise reform and development, as well as green and low-carbon development. It is hoped that both parties will pull together in a consensual way to ensure the implementation of the cooperation project. Xiamen SASAC will play a good role as a bridge to create a good business service environment for enterprises to develop in Xiamen.
As one of Fortune Global 500 companies, Xiamen International Trade focuses on the five major areas, namely supply chain, advanced manufacturing, urban construction and operation, consumption and health, and financial services. Li Wei visited its culture exhibition hall, had discussion and exchange with Xu Xiaoxi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Xiamen International Trade, and witnessed the signing of strategic cooperation agreement.
According to the agreement, under principles of "fairness, willingness, honesty and trustworthiness", and after fully consideration of the existing resources, industrial status quo, future planning and development goals, the two parties will reach strategic cooperation in coal trade and mine resource integration, and carry out in-depth strategic cooperation in supply chain services, industrial services, comprehensive operation, industrial investment and capital operation by integrating advantages in different areas.
At the signing ceremony, Rugang, the deputy general manager and chief auditor of SDE, and Li Zhihuang, the deputy general manager of Xiamen International Trade, and Party Secretary and Chairman of Xiamen Xinda Company, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of each party. The relevant leaders of Xiamen SASAC and Xiamen International Trade attended the event.
