Tai'an Port Rail-water Logistics Park
Tai'an Port Rail-water Logistics Park focuses on the integration of "two ports and one navigation" model and the key links along the railway, rivers, and coasts. The park, tasked with coal transportation from Shanxi, Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia into Shandong, is exploring the diversified business forms such as coal storage and distribution, customized sales, and multi-model transportation. It is committed to becoming a national-level green, smart, and efficient modern rail-water logistics demonstration park.
Lunan Chemicals Caprolactam Industrial Chain Project
Lunan Chemicals has enhanced the caprolactam industrial chain with an integrated project for energy conservation and carbon reduction. Its purification unit has been at the overall hydrodynamic commissioning phase, as the steam turbine is about to begin. The joint commissioning and testing of the 3,000-ton OMB gasification units are well underway. The goal is to ensure that preparations for the trial startup are in place and trial operation for feeders could be realized by April.
TBM Rapid Development
Li Lou Coal Mine is trying to achieve a drivage of 7,000 meters in 27 months by advancing the TBM rapid development operation, accelerating the expansion of the fifth mining area, and establishing a new production pattern of "Two areas and two faces with alternating recovery." Up to now, TBM has developed for 310 meters, with a daily advance of more than 8 meters (10 meters the highest).
Phoenix Mountain Iron Mine Project
Phoenix Mountain Iron Mine has now completed two rapid development paths for the air intake shaft and the west air return shaft, as well as two rapid equipment lines for the main and auxiliary shafts. The hundred-meter main shaft tower has become a new landmark. A total of 31 optimization projects have been completed. Efforts are made to build a production landscape that involves resource sharing, cultural integration, talent exchange, and system co-construction with Huibaoling Iron Mine.
Shandong Energy (Tangkou) Coal Storage Project
Shandong Energy (Tangkou) Coal Storage Project is a key project of Shandong's three-year action plan for green, low-carbon, high-quality energy development (2023-2025). It represents SDE's firm commitment to implementing the provincial strategy of “strengthening Shandong's coal reserve capacity building”. The project started on 29 September 2022, with a planned land area of approximately 68 acres, including four major systems: coal storage, coal intake, coal transportation, and supporting network. Currently, all facilities’ installation has finished ready for final system debugging and joint trial operation. Once up and running, the project's static coal storage capacity will hit 500,000 tons.
Shaanxi Hongdunjie Coal-fired Power Project
Zaozhuang Mining Group Shaanxi Hongdunjie Coal-fired Power Project is one of the three power plants that supply and transmit power through "Yuhang-Weifang 1000KV AC UHV Transmission Channel", one of the 12 UHV transmission channels of the National Air Pollution Prevention and Control Program. In order to speed up construction, Zaozhuang Mining Group has taken all necessary measures to ensure the on-time delivery. At present, 62% of construction and 45% of installation have been completed. And A 210 meters’ chimney and a 219 meters’ indirect cooling tower have been constructed. Once put into production, the annual power generation can reach 6.6 billion kilowatt-hours, which will effectively reduce the pressure of power load growth in the load center of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Shandong.
Lingtai Power Plant Project
At the beginning of the new year, the construction site of Lingtai Power Plant is still in full swing. At present, the 1# and 2# boilers are undergoing installation of heating surface, air preheater and flue gas duct, the 1# intercooler tower has begun the lifting of the seventh layer of steel structure, the 2# intercooler tower has completed the lifting of the fifth layer of steel structure, the chimney construction is up to 210 meters, and the 750KV GIS electrical equipment has been delivered and is now being installed. During the construction, safety has been always prioritized and risk prevention and management were fully implemented.
China University of Petroleum (East China) Guzhenkou Science and Education Park
Eyeing the key project, Shandong Energy Construction Group have been working around the clock to construct. The main concrete structure of China University of Petroleum (East China) Guzhenkou Science and Education Park New Energy and New Materials Experimental Building Project is being constructed to the third and fourth floors, and the subsequent technical preparations such as masonry structure sample construction, finishing materials selection and sampling, and BIM layout are being synchronized and pushed forward.
Intelligent Manufacturing Park Phase Ⅱ
In response to the requirement of “further improving coal machinery”, Donghua Heavy Industry accelerated the building of “the automated PRS fabrication assembly and welding production line”, further upgraded the high-end PRS products, sped up pace in enabling the full production and operation of the first batch of enterprises in the intelligent manufacturing park, and spared no efforts in advancing Intelligent Manufacturing Park Phase Ⅱ project with the goal of contributing greatly to the high-quality development of Shandong Energy Group.
