The meeting emphasized that the nine proposals considered and approved today were related to critical matters such as financial operations and hierarchical reductions. They shall implement the various deployment requirements of SDE's annual work conference, contribute ideas and put forward targeted and constructive suggestions, providing intellectual support for the Group to complete the "14th Five-Year Plan" goals and accelerate high-quality development.
Departments responsible for each proposal should in earnest fulfill their "professional judgment" duties, improve contents, outline detailed implementation schemes, formulate clear schedules, establish complete work timetables, assess various risk factors, and ensure smooth and successful implementation of resolutions. The Board Office should conscientiously fulfill its "service guarantee" responsibilities, strengthen communication and coordination, regularly follow and supervise the implementation, ensuring that all proposals are efficiently and accurately implemented in accordance with the pre-set objectives.
