In the morning of June 29, Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd. (“Shandong Energy” ) held a meeting of leading cadres in Jinan. Yu Fuhua, vice director of the Organization Department of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee (in charge of daily work), attended the meeting to announce the decision of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee on the adjustment of the leading group of Shandong Energy and made a speech. Man Shengang presided over the meeting.The CPC Shandong Provincial Committee decided that Li Wei was appointed as Party Secretary of CPC Shandong Energy Committee and Chairman of the Board of Shandong Energy, and Zhang Baocai was appointed Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shandong Energy Committee, Director and General Manager of Shandong Energy. Due to the need of work, Man Shengang got new appointment otherwise.
Yu Fuhua gave four requirements to the next work of Shandong Energy. First, raise political standing, unify ideas and action in line with the decision of provincial party committee. Second, always uphold the Party's leadership over SOEs and keep to the right direction of their reform and development. Third, comprehensively strengthen the building of leading group and play a core role in the reform and development of enterprises. Fourth, further open up the mind, take on responsibility, and strive to make Shandong Energy stronger, better and bigger. Shandong Energy shall center on tasks set by Shandong provincial government, focus on main industry, push forward transformation from an old traditional enterprise to a new energy enterprise, effectively serve as the "vanguard" of the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones in the province, the "demonstrator" of the countdown reform of state-owned enterprises, the "vanguard" of the economic transformation and development of the province and the "ballast" of the energy supply of the province.
Li Wei delivered a speech and declared that he fully supports the decision of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and resolutely accept the arrangement of the organization. He said that it is a great responsibility and a glorious mission to work side by side with the cadres and staff of Shandong Energy and contribute to the development of Shandong Energy. As a “veteran” in coal industry, he will cherish the precious opportunity, rewards the organization’s trust and the mass’s anticipation with hard work and benefit the enterprise employees. Strive to create a new chapter of quality development of Shandong Energy with full passion and ability.
He also said that under the leadership of Mr. Li Xiyong and Mr. Man Shengang, Shandong Energy has successfully completed smooth and steady reorganization and taken a leading level in quality development in the province. Now, Shandong Energy has entered into a crucial period for optimization and integration after the reorganization, replacement of old growth driver with new ones, the low-carbon transformational development and sets sail for world first class enterprise.
Zhang Baocai delivered a speech and expressed that he resolutely accepts the decision of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, and promised to work hard by giving priority to the political study, adhering toour original aspiration, strengthen our capabilities consistently, focusing on development with courageous and accountability, paying attention to unity and forming cohesive force, taking honesty and integrity as base principle and promoting pragmatic workstyle. By taking real, tough, tactical and persevere actions, he will promote work as project, set each project with target, each target with time schedule, each schedule with specific person be responsible for. In this way to create solid achievements, and contribute to the building of Shandong Energy into a global clean energy supplier and world first-class energy enterprise.
Man Shengang said that he resolutely follows and accepts the decision of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee. The personnel relocation fully demonstrates the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee’s full recognition to the reform and development of Shandong Energy, as well as the full recognition to the capability of the leading group, the management and the mass employees of Shandong Energy. He believes that the new session of leading group of Shandong Energy will undoubtedly lead the mass employees to explore for new horizon, make better achievements and development. Now Shandong Energy is standing at a new start line and he will continue care and support each step of development, change and victory.
