On August 6, Liu Qiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee, along with Yu Haitian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Mayor of Jinan, led a delegation to Shandong Energy for a visit. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation between local governments and enterprises and promoting high-quality development. Li Wei, Party Secretary and Chairman of SDE, and Zhou Hong, Deputy Party Secretary, General Manager and Director of SDE, received the delegation.
Li Wei provided a detailed overview of SDE's investment and strategic cooperation progress in Jinan. He stated that SDE has leveraged Jinan's advantages in resources, technology, talent, and policies to actively promote major projects, achieving significant success in the development of its headquarter. Li emphasized that SDE will take this meeting as an opportunity to further align with Jinan's development plans, fully support the "Strong Provincial Capital" strategy, and strive for new breakthroughs in technological innovation, logistics trade, new materials, and equipment manufacturing, thereby elevating city-enterprise cooperation to a new height.
Liu Qiang affirmed SDE's leading role among SOEs in the province. He noted that SDE has set a benchmark for enterprises across the province in technological innovation, operation and management and has played a pivotal role in Shandong's high-quality development. Jinan City will continue to optimize its business environment, deepen the "Taking a lead and Building a Strong Provincial Capital" strategy, and provide more high-quality services to enterprises, promoting broader and deeper integrated development between the two sides.
Yu Haitian stated that the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government will firmly uphold a service-oriented approach, focus on the needs of enterprises, enhance communication and coordination, and ensure that services are effectively implemented, thereby achieving substantial progress in city-enterprise cooperation.
He emphasized the importance of checklist management and closed-loop implementation to create a first-class business environment, to explore new models and approaches for city-enterprise integration in the new era.
During the meeting, Jinan’s Vice Mayor, Li Guoxiang, introduced the city's economic and social developments while relevant officials provided suggestions on accelerating the implementation of key projects and city-enterprise integration.
Leaders from Jinan City, Han Wei, Yang Li, and Ren Guangfeng, along with SDE leaders, Zhang Ruoxiang, Jiao Qisheng, Liu Jian, Ru Gang, and Liu Qiang, participated in the event.
