On April 22, SDE held a meeting on centralized equipment management and news system integration, at which the centralized equipment management and news system integration was launched to consolidate and promote the integration by regions and by industries, play out the synergy advantages of the Group, and improve enterprise resource allocation and unified management capabilities.

Li Wei, Secretary of the CPC Shandong Energy Committee and Chairman of SDE, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He stated that the news system integration should uphold the principle of "one group with one voice", as we deepen the "dual management" of news work, steadily promote the "four integrations" of media, business, personnel and organizations, and realize “six centralized managements” in media operation platform, news work planning, major news releases, media relations maintaining, external brand promotion and news and public opinion management, so as to fully stimulate the internal drivers and the enthusiasm of journalists.

When implementing centralized equipment management, it is necessary to foster a coordinated mechanism for equipment management between supply and production and between various industries on the basis of lean and efficient management. Efforts should be in place to take market-oriented operation as a mechanism to maximize economic benefits, use informatization as a means to realize the "six unifications" and ensure the sharing of equipment resources, leverage external supervision and internal control to strengthen the equipment manufacturing industry, and take advantage of the building of a clean Group as the bottom line against any potential risk.

Li Wei emphasized that organizations and staffs at all levels should bear in mind the big picture and political stance, and mentally and physically act on the decision-making and deployment of SDE and integration work, set up specific work teams, and well organize the work related to the reform, production and operation. While putting in place epidemic prevention and control measures, we should be resolute in shutting down zombie enterprises and upholding “no safety, no production” principle, in order to complete the reform tasks with high standards and high quality.

Zhang Baocai, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shandong Energy Committee and Director and General Manager of SDE, presided over the meeting. 

At the meeting, Yue Baode, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shandong Energy Committee and Director of SDE and Chairman of the trade union, announced the action plan. 5 subsidiaries delivered speeches and shared experience.

The meeting was held by video link. SDE leaders, including Zhang Ruoxiang, Yue Jianghua, Liu Jian, Ru Gang and Chief Safety Officer, Wu Xiangqian, attended the meeting.
