Yankuang Energy won two awards in this year's event. Li Wei, Chairman of Yankuang Energy, won the "2021 Golden Bull Enterprise Leader Award" and became one of the 30 awarded chairmen among nearly 5,000 listed companies across China. Meanwhile, the "Golden Bull Investor Relations Management Award" was conferred on Yankuang Energy.
The "Golden Bull Award" is the most credible, influential, and authoritative award in China's capital market, and the "Golden Bull Business Leadership Award" is conferred to business leaders who pursue sublime courses, possess outstanding leadership and other necessary qualities, excel in leading enterprises to achieve success amid complex business environment and enjoy industrial prestige and recognition.
The "Golden Bull Award" was initiated by China Securities Journal, a press directly affiliated to Xinhua News Agency, in 1997. The evaluation scheme and index system for the "Golden Bull Award" were jointly designed by China Securities Journal and CCXA while evaluation process and results are reviewed and supervised by the third party, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
In recent years, Yankuang Energy has seized the historical opportunity of energy transformation, focused on building a world-class enterprise, carried out a management improvement project for a listed company with "value creation" as the core, and continued to enhance the competitiveness of the main business, the ability to regulate development, the ability to operate capital, the ability to communicate with investors, and the capacity to create returns. By doing so, it has become a listed company that is well-trusted by the capital market and recognized by the society.
