On January 19, the CPC Shandong Energy Committee convened a meeting, at which the General Secretary Xi Jinping’ s important speech given at the opening ceremony of the symposium of provincial level cadres on promoting quality development of finance was studied and discussed for concrete measures for implementation. Li Wei secretary of the CPC Shandong Energy Committee and Chairman of Shandong Energy, chaired the meeting and delivered a speech.

It was pointed out that the General Secretary Xi Jinping’ s important speech clarifies our strategic mission and development direction. Shandong Energy shall unswervingly promote quality development of finance with Chinese characteristics. We shall fully comprehend the important speech, and proactively and resolutely practice the decision and arrangement made by the central government in concrete measures. Shandong Energy shall stick to industrial investment and asset securitization, in which way to minimize capital cost and realize integration of industry and finance as dual growth drivers. It is required to focus on pillar industries and increase their economic value, optimize investment and bond financing structure, consolidate the security of cash flow, improve the operation efficiency and quality, and prevent risks in key areas by self-inspection and self-rectification, in a bid to leverage quality development of finance to boost the building of a world-class enterprise.
